Advantages:

2)Enrich life experiences/ Learn about the world. (learn different cultures/customs/history, meet new friends, try local food, see new places)
3)Visit places you are interested in. (old buildings, temples, museums, coast city, landscape山水)
4)Improve life skills. (make the plan, arrange everything needed in a trip, collect information, read map, communicate with strangers, deal with problems…)
Disadvantages:
1)It takes time and it’s really tiring.
2)It costs a lot of money, some people can’t afford it.
2)There are many people in popular scenic spots. It’s usually crowded and noisy.
3)Some people are afraid that there might be an accident during the trip.
4)Some people don’t enjoy different cultures and customs.
5)Some scenic spots are over exploited and commercialized. The scenery has been damaged.
