How to stay healthy
1. In order to stay healthy, we should form good habits:
In order to protect my eyesight, I do eye exercises everyday.
In order to be energetic in the morning, I have breakfast everyday.
In order to have a balanced diet, I’m not picky about my food.
In order to get enough vitamins and fiber, I eat vegetables and fruit every day.
In order to get enough protein, I drink milk and eat eggs every day.
In order to stay in good shape, I do exercise regularly.
In order to reduce stress, I listen to music and do sports frequently.
2. In order to stay healthy, we must give up bad habits:
We shouldn’t always eat junk food.
We can’t forget to drink a lot of water.
We don’t have to stay up late at night.
We mustn’t lie on the couch and watch TV for a long time.
We can’t skip breakfast.
We shouldn’t eat a lot of meat but little vegetables and fruit.
3. In order to stay healthy, we should eat healthily
We can’t eat too much sweet food. If we do, we may grow fat easily.
We should have breakfast every morning. If we don’t, we can’t be full of energy at the beginning of the day.
We shouldn’t eat a snack between meals. If we do, we may lose our appetite at meal time.
We should eat junk food as less as possible. Junk food is poor in vitamins and minerals.
When we feel worried and unpleasant, we may not want to eat. So we should keep a happy mood while eating.
